Who we are
Hunters on your side, not a listing agency.
ExpatNetherlands works from the searcher's brief. We use local knowledge and relationships with property professionals to find and assess suitable homes.
We focus first on Amsterdam, with dedicated searches in Utrecht and Rotterdam. We can also activate our wider network for other Dutch locations when the brief is a fit.
Before you commit, we explain the scope of your search and what support is included. No search is identical, so we do not publish a made-up universal timeline or promise a result we cannot guarantee.
